Refund Policy

All purchases made on this website are subject to the following refund policy.

1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Refunds for physical products such as digipacks may be issued only if:

• The product arrives damaged
• The wrong item was shipped

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are required to record a clear video while opening the package as proof of condition. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if valid video evidence is provided showing the issue.

Failure to provide video proof may result in rejection of the refund request.

2. DIGITAL CONTENT

Digital content including album streaming access, license key activation, and digital downloads is non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. LICENSE KEYS

• Each license key is unique and single-use
• Once a key has been activated it cannot be refunded
• License keys cannot be transferred or reused
• VATAVARAN Records is not responsible for lost, shared, or stolen license keys
• If a key is marked as already used, it will not be replaced unless verified as a system error

4. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the platform and associated accounts.
